Power Supply Dead?

Original OLED unit kept trying to reboot. I unplugged it and it will not start. After I plugged it in, the power supply made a ticking sound and the unit would not do anything (no lights, nothing). I may have a few caps starting to bulge as well. I think it is the power supply. Do any of you think I may be right?

I have the original drive I can put back in, if it is worth the time. It is the weekend after all.....
