TiVo Roamio and TiVo minis show different app list on Opera store

I have a TiVo Roamio and 2 TiVo Minis (through my cable provider, Cogeco in Ontario). In Roamio, I can see only 4 apps in the Opera Web Store while in the 2 minis I can see a lot more (around 40 or so). I am at loss on why. Anybody has this issue?
