I'm new to TiVo. I have the FiOS Extreme package that includes the NFL Redzone channel (835). After installing my TIVO, I get an unsubscribe message on channel 835. I called FiOS tech support and they could not resolve the issue. They are sending out a new cable card in the hope that this fixes the issue. Has anyone had this issue in the past? How was the issue resolved? Thanks for your help in advance! All other channels are working fine.
