I am having a problem with youtube. It started about two weeks ago, right about the time Plex was added. Please see the screenshots to explain. I have just spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support to be told, in a nutshell. "Sorry, we have no idea what you are talking about. Thank you for being a Tivo customer, goodbye."
Image#1 is fine. This is what it should look like.
Image #2. When I try to go to the menu options, it comes up behind the already existing items on the screen. So that I can't see or read the menu. I can navigate up and down and hit "select" on the remote. But I have no idea what I am selecting.
