all 4 lights flashing on Roamio ota ????

Came home and all four lights were flashing on front of unit. unplugged and plugged back in and unit rebooted then turned off. Then later walked by and all four lights were flashing again this time unplugged but would not reboot.
If any one could help with this it would be great. Unit is only 30 days old had sent to me from best buys .Thanks
