I had signal issues for 3 days; no tuning adaptor channels. Tech came by and set me up with powered splitters (replacing my Radio Shack powered 4 way). However...when he left the same issue continued. He put in an outdoor ticket yesterday. My phone rings at 8am. I immediately see that both tuning adaptors are solid amber. The call was the Cox tech who just got off the pole. He said he removed something that wasnt supposed to be there. All was well. 15 minutes later I had nothing except a cablecard screen. Had to restart and re-pair everything. which was odd cuz I was watching tv for 20 minutes prior to hasving to re-pair. I got a woman who knew cc and ta well. Only issue was the data changed a few times on the Bolt. the Premiere actually was easier. I got an increase in internet speed for $5 (yes, last night in the middle of the crisis I was upsold!) and got a $20 credit. I am happy!!!!:D
