TIVO New zealand

Hi,
I have searched google and on here and havent found an answer so I hope its ok to post this question here.
We purchased a TIVO heck, quite a few years ago now, maybe 4 years. Here in New zealand and I think its a premier. Its a dual tuner where we can record 2 channels. We absolutely love it and it is such a shame it is no longer sold here and was dumped because we have tried others like the basic freeview unit and Igloo and there dont even compare to the capabilities of the Tivo.
We are using it on an old flat screen Konka tV / PC /HMDI tv but have now purchased a panasonic smart tv. The panasonic smart tv isnt really all that smart at all and the tv guide alone is crappy compared to the tivo one and we cant record anything if we also wish to be watching the tv. So much for an upgrade. The only advantage is that is has web access so we have netflix and I have unitelly so I have netflix USA. TV here in NZ is CRAP!
So guess what my question is ....I want a tivo for the smart tv!!!
Will the bolt work here in New Zealand like the premiere does? I do hope I can get one from somewhere that will work. I have the decktop plus to enable networking etc. Since I already have the premiere Im wondering if the bolt will work as a secondary unit? The info about the tivo I have says: Supported television formats
The TiVo® media device supports both high and standard definition digital television. This includes the 1080i, 720p, 576p and 576i digital television formats, which are the digital television formats currently used in New Zealand.

many thanks
Julie
