Content still playable (in home streaming) on TiVo with deactivated service?

We purchased a Bolt+ and were planning to deactivate service on an older Premiere; however, my wife wants to continue watching shows she's stored on this TiVo via our other TiVo's.

Is this possible if we deactivate service... or is service required for in home streaming to our Roamio or Bolt+? TiVo wasn't sure.
