Gotham "Mad City: ..." only first episode recording

Looks like the new guide data treats shows with subtitles as the same episode so

Gotham "Mad City: Better to..." S3E1
and
Gotham "Mad City: Burn the..." S3E2

are considered the same episode and the 2nd one won't record unless I set the OnePass to also record repeats.

Both seem to have correct First Aired dates.
