Only Receiving Ten Days of the Program Guide On Tivo OTA

My Tivo tells me that it is downloading 14 days worth of a programming guide, but in reality I'm only getting 10 days. This is the Tivo OTA 1 TB model.

Anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?
