I have Frontier FIOS in Southern California. On September 1st Frontier added the Pac 12 channel (Yea!). But there's a problem. It doesn't show in the guide. I can tune the channel directly by keying in 581 into the remote. Plays fine.
However, without a guide entry I can't record anything unless I do a manual recording. Very frustrating.
It should be noted that I also have a FIOS DVR and it shows up in the FIOS guide there. Only Tivo is missing the Pac 12 channel.
What can I do to expedite getting the Pac 12 channel in the Tivo guide?
