Powering up. Almost there. Over and over...

My Series 3 is presumably updating. I've been getting the Welcome! Powering up... screen, then the Almost there, just a few minutes more...

Then it goes back to Welcome! Powering up... again.

It's been doing this for an hour or more.

Should I power cycle or just let it keep going?
