Premier 4, Premier with Tivo Bridge

I recently moved and no longer have an internet connection in the bedroom so I need to use a Tivo Bridge. The Premier 4 is connected to the internet via Ethernet connection and cable TV. The Premier is in the bedroom connected by cable TV. My question is do I need a bridge just on the Premier in the bedroom or on both?
