Unless I'm losing my mind, I used to be able to log in to online.tivo.com to schedule recordings on my TiVo Roamio OTA. I tried this week and get the following message:
Your TiVo box is not supported by TiVo Online.
I also tried the iPhone app and got a similar message:
"No Compatible TiVo Boxes Found
No compatible TiVo Boxes were found on this account. This app only works with TiVo Roamio, TiVo Premiere, TiVo HD/Series3 DVRs, and TiVo Mini.
If you own a compatible TiVo Box, check your account to make sure it has been activated."
I have a ticket opened with Tivo but have not heard back. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue with their OTA?
