I've had a Roamio OTA for just over a month now. Everything is great except for the local Fox affiliate, it pixelates and has audio dropouts. Signal meter is steady in the mid-60's. Channel is perfect when the same antenna is plugged directly into any TV in the house.
Antenna: Rooftop mount, pointing in the correct direction.

The troublesome channel is 43 (2.1) KTVI-DT.
Steps I've taken:
1. Antenna direct to TiVo with no splitters ~60ft coax run.
2. Inline signal amplifier (cheap RCA, rated at +12DB). No difference at all, maybe made it even a bit worse.
3. Latest attempt last night, installed a Channel Master 4-port amplifier (CM3414). Now all the other TVs work great on that channel at the same time, but still no change at all on the TiVo.
Kind of figuring I am out of luck at this point, but thought I would try asking here. So far we're on week 2 of the DirecTV cord being cut, glad to be back to a TiVo, but Sunday football is going to be terrible with that station!
