TiVo Bolt Pixelation Problems On Only 2 Channels

Hi all,

I have a problem with Comedy Central and Nickelodeon on my Bolt - both channels constantly pixelate. Googling this issue suggested that my Fios ONT was going bad. I've done the following to try and diagnose the problem:

-Bypassed all in house wiring by plugging directly into the ONT.
-Replaced the ONT.
-Replaced the ONT power supply.
-Replaced the CableCard.
-Attenuated down the signal down.
-Technician checked signal levels both in house coax and at the ONT - both within acceptable levels.
-Sunrise meter used, no problems detected.
-Problem exists when using the Quantum router MOCA network or when using ethernet.
-No POE filter used but my understanding is that it shouldn't matter?

None of these have corrected the problem.

Comedy Central/Nickelodeon Diagnostic Stats:
Signal Strength 82%
SNR: 33 dB
RS Uncorrected: 0
RS Corrected: 0

OOB SNR: 37 dB

I am in VHO4. I am somewhat at a loss unless it's the Bolt itself.
