Tivo Premiere Onepass shows no longer working after update

I have Premiere and just got through the update and subsequent N11 error.

Now I have the guide working again. However, everything in the to do list i gone.

However, I can go into Onepass and see the shows it's supposed to record.

Will this update by itself eventually or do I have to delete all of my Onepasses and re-record them?

Please let me know. Thanks.
