I looked in My Support on Tivo.com and found that all 3 channel lineup errors I submitted via the online form showed Status: Closed even though they had done nothing to fix the problems or had not contacted me about 2 of the 3 at all.
They did send a canned response to one that said rerun guided setup for the channel list, which I did but it didn't fix anything at the time.
Are they just closing cases to get rid of a backlog without ever fixing the problems? Is this common?
