I have a 4 year old Premiere XL and have noticed recently (since before the last upgrade) I am unable to restart the unit by going to the help menu -> restart -> pressing "thumbs down" three times and then "enter".
This used to work but now does not restart the Tivo. The only way I can restart it is to pull the plug. Anybody have this issue?
