using Bolt with Roamio OTA

Hello - these forums are very informative and I'm hoping that someone can help answer a question.

I have the need to service three TVs in my home.

I would like to buy a Bolt (or Bolt +) to use for the DVR functionality but don't want a recurring guide fee (like everyone, right?)

I thought about buying a Roamio OTA (with lifetime guide service) to service the second TV, and then buying a mini to service the third - and a bridge and filter to create the MOCA network.

Would the Roamio OTA's guide subscription propagate to the other two TVs?
I think the Mini would be ok because it could connect to the Roamio OTA.
And I know I can use a Bolt/Bolt+ to service another TV on the same MOCA
network, just not sure if the Bolt/Bolt+ could access the guide via the Roamio OTA's subscription.

The math seems to be only about $95 more initially to do it this way and would have no recurring subscription fee - versus another scenario to take care of the three TVs, which would be: Bolt/Bolt+, two Minis, bridge and filter (and recurring fee).

Seems to be a 2 year payback when compared to TWC DVR/HD box rentals and after that would save $500/annually.

Any insight would be great.
