Will transfer Later but nothing is transferring

I transfer shows from Tivo Desk top to Tivo DVR, all of a sudden everything i transfer will get message will Transfer later but nothing in que. It is like Tivo has a flag that is stuck in a position that something IS transfering. I had an instance where transfer was ongoing and the Tivio just restared.
I have done a reset on the Tivo, restarted PC. What do I do next, thanks for any help
