My Dad is having major problems with his TiVo...it's basically useless, and he's having a hard time explaining what's wrong so that I can even give him suggestions. It sounds like it might be a combination of problems with the TiVo itself, and with the way it's hooked up. So if anybody lives in that area and has a couple hours, he would be happy to hire you to look over his set-up and see what can be done.
