Cablecard or something else?

Hello Tivo Forum,

My Tivo Premiere has been out of service for about 2 months due to home renovations. Today I hooked it back up.

I am able to access "My Shows" on this TiVO and my Roamio, but I am not getting any Comcast Cable channels. The channel error is V58.

Do I need to call Comcast to have the cablecard reactivated or is there a problem with the signal from the coax?
