I've owned a Bolt for about 6 months and noticed in the last month or so that I'm getting pretty severe macroblocking on a handful of channels that show a signal strength that hovers around 92% which according to the Tivo troubleshooting page(http://ift.tt/2oe2fzS) is sufficient to provide a good viewing experience.
