HDMI Connection Not Permitted overlayed on tv picture

I started having an issue with the HDMI input a little over a week ago. In the middle of the night the signal just went out and the TV indicated that it was searching for a signal. I tried unplugging the table and rebooting the Tivo and nothing worked. I plugged in some RCA cables, switched the input on my TV and I got picture. If I also left the HDMI cable plugged in I got the "HDMI Connection Not Permitted" overlay on top of the TV picture. If I unplugged the HDMI cable that went away. I...
