Pretty sad state of affairs that users have to post

on this forum when the service WE'RE PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH doesn't do their job.

Is someone being held accountable? At my company heads would have rolled after the first or second mistake. Apparently at Rovi/TIVO no one cares. Where's the management? Don't these idoits entering data have supervisors and managers?

Seriously considering going to cable DVR... If I have to do all the work by looking up what's NOT being recorder I may as well just do it all myself and save $15 a month.
