Tivo Mini while turning on, goes to Menu, How to do so it go to Live tv?

I have the Tivo Mini in one of my rooms,and while turning power on,the mini goes to the Tivo menu,and i wanted to go to the livetv directly!

Also while u are in the menu , how come i don't have a small window playing from what channel i come from in the menu at top right corner? like the main tivo box from living room has?
