Tivo Minis with Audio Popping

I have 2 Tivo Minis (v1 and v2) that are experiencing an issue I can't seem to pin down. They connect to a Bolt currently over Moca. The Bolt works fine with no major issues. I noticed that on both Minis I get some audio popping noises almost like interference while watching Live and Recorded programming. The popping is repeatable.
