Tivo online wont log in

Why has Tivo not fixed their tivo online sign in yet? It's been doing this for days now.. I can't get in, it keeps giving me a 500 server error or a "Please try again later" message any time I try to log in..

I'm trying to transfer shows from the old tivo to my new one I just got and of course you need to be in that site to do it...... (unless you can do it somehow in the tivo app? which strangely does let you log in just fine)
