Very strange Xfinity activity

So here is my issue which Xfinity says is a Tivo issue.

We missed an episode of The Catch on ABC. It was named Bad Girl

Waited a few days and accessed Xfinity through TIVO. Episode not listed.

However it is listed when I access Xfinity VOD through my Xfinity X1 box and it is listed through xfinity streaming on my Ipad.

So why in 2 places but not through Tivo?

BTW, I have rebooted my Tivo

Other ABC Shows are there from later dates.
