Green Thumbs during Recorded Show

Noticed while watching a recorded show sometimes the "Green Thumb UP" starts flashing in the right hand Upper corner. I could see if I was watching a "Live Program" but I don't think this should be happenning during a recorded show. Using TIVO Premiere XL
