Logging in on TiVo.com/iOs app issues

I'm getting a username/password error message when trying to authenticate either on TiVo.com, or on any of my streaming devices.



Followed the password reset link on TiVo.com, and haven't received the email with the link to reset it yet (been ~15 minutes).



Was curious if anyone else was having problems logging in?



Edit: TiVo chat just said "We are experiencing an outage right now that is preventing access or updates to accounts. We do apologize for the inconvenience."
