New to Tivo. I have just set up my Roamio OTA. Everything works great except I can not receive information for NBC. At first the channel was not there. I did a rescan and the channel was there but no information in the guide. Every other channel works fine. I can't seem to find any solid answer on forums. Maybe because it is a new Tivo product? The only thing I read was changing the zip code on the DVR. However, I do not know where to do that? Any help would be appreciated. p.s. I have an outdoor antenna on my roof (professionally installed) and like I said the channels come in clear HD...so I don't think it is a reception problem.
