Out of home stream doesn't work

Using Roamio Plus.

I have a support ticket open with Tivo, they can't figure it out.



Setup is successful, streaming inside home works fine.

no stream on 4G or an outside wifi network



Tried 2 devices: apple ipad, android S5



Same issue, error while streaming.



I have tried to manually open all required ports..still nothing

.

Anyone have some advanced things to try here?
