I was "learning" about my TiVo Roamio Plus and went to see what my cable signal strengths were. What I got was a message that said "Signal strength unavailable because your cable channel lineup has no digital channels."
I am on Time Warner with the new digital rebuild, so I am pretty sure ALL of my channels are digital.
I don't think signal strength is an issue, but I occasionally get drop-outs and loss of audio.
Has TiVo just not caught up with the new TWC stuff?
