Check those deactivate requests!

I deactivated two Tivos when I moved out of an office (I have 3 more at home on another account).



8 months later I discovered they were still billing! I called to deactivate again.



20 days later, only one was deactivated. I had to request again to deactivate.



Moral: double-check your deactivations to see if they were done.
