DTA no longer allowed to connect via coax on Sdh400?

I have a Toshiba Sdh400 a that has been hooked up to a DIGITAL transport adapter for the last couple years, last week I noticed nothing recording because of no video signal on video inputs. I tried to redo the setup but I can't get an option to hook up via coax only composit. My dta never had composit.

How did it change itself and how do I get it back?

When I try to choose no cable box during set up it will not list any provider (I have comcast). I am stumped.
