Tivo Desktop only shows 3 out of 4 boxes

I had 3 Tivos (premiere and 2 XLs). Just got a Roamio Pro to eventually replace the 2 XLs. In Tivo Desktop, I would see the 3 boxes in the drop down list for selecting shows to transfer. After activating the Roamio, the Premiere is no longer in the drop down list. It is still active and in use.



Does Desktop have a limit of 3 machines?



The same thing happens on 3 different PCs running Tivo desktop.
