Upgrading user- looking for advice on Romio/Mini

Hi. I have been a Tivo user for quite a while - still have a Series 2 chugging away at a vacation home! But, I am not looking to upgrade my home setup.



I current have a Premiere XL dual tuner as my primary, a bedroom set with a Comcast DVR (not X1), then three TV's with digital cable drops. I am considering upgrading to a 4 or six tuner Premiere, dropping the Comcast DVR, and putting Minis at the 4 other sets. I have an Arris TG852G as my cable modem/wifi router. Several questions:



- it appears the Minis ONLY support Ethernet or MoCA and NOT WiFi. Ethernet will be a problem, but I have cable drops at all of the TV locations. Since I am NOT on Xfinity X1 service, can I get MoCA set up?



- The Arris TG852G does not support MoCA, but I have ready that the newer Premiers can act as a MoCA hub?



- can my current Premiere dual tuner play any role in this setup?



- It is unclear to me if I buy Minis, do I have to pay for service for each unit?



- There is a deal on tivo.com, that waives the Mini service - is that deal only on Tivo.com, or honored if the Mini was purchased elsewhere?
