Guided setup- loading info

I'm firing up a Premiere that has been offline for a month or so. Going through guided setup it connects, downloads, disconnects, but has been "uploading info" for over two hours. Is this normal?

Nevermind. I pulled the plug and started over again and I now see a progress percentage and it is going rapidly. First attempt must have hung somehow.
