My thoughts about xfinity x1 DVR
I wont talk about the customer service took them 3 trips to almost get it right..
we all know how poor they are

Great UI ..easy to get around..lots of graphics
Very On-demand friendly
Voice control works perfect
Clock on front of DVR..
Last channel display was great.. gives you approx 8 of your last channels and whats on
Search function worked like a charm
Cons
they say that there is 500gb of cloud storage ..nobody at comcast seems to know how to turn it ...So only percentages left on DVR space.. I never new how much storage I had
there terminal(our mini).does not pause/rewind/ff... .new terminal just hitting the market ..its hard to get
No streaming apps ..I bought a roku for that
Can not set to record with a time.. only a show
Takes 2 steps to get anything.. you enter a channel then you must enter select
No dolby audio.. they call it surround sound

If comcast would have been able to get it right the first time .. I might have stayed ..but afters 3 tries and multiple calls to there 1800 COMCAST I gave up

took me 15mins to reset up my tivo and a call to tivo tech support to add a mini.. all went perfect with tivo as expected...
