Need help with Plex for sorting different video types

I have Plex working on my Premeire and I do like the product.

However, I am having a tough time with sorting my videos.

It's combining our home movies with other videos and I can't figure out how to separate different types of video. It does not appear to use the folders I have created for the different types of videos.

Please let me know. Thanks.
