Curious, my setup is a Qnap 451 with 4x5tb drives in Raid 10, 8gb RAM. All switches in the home are gigabit. I have absolutely "no" problems streaming to Plex via Roku 3, works great-no problems. It also works great streaming to my WD Live units throughout the house. In fact it will easily stream 5 streams of 1080P simultaneously with no issues. Yet using the latest Plex on my Roamio Plus, even one movie will pause every few seconds. I have went through and adjusted the settings to no avail. At this time I am thinking the app is in it's infancy and not yet ready for Prime Time?
