Pre Hard Drive swap

I am upgrading my Roamio plus hard drive.
Is there a way to backup my onepass list? I can see it on my TiVo.com page but cant save or send it to the new drive.
Also I tried Tivo desktop to backup my programs but some of them would not transfer back. This is also a slow process pulling one show at a time.
I am looking into using PyTivo to backup my shows, so any help there would be appreciated.
