Series One Tivo's

I was cleaning out the basement today and came across my old series one TiVo's getting dusty in the corner. My wife wants to just pitch them but I thought I would check online if there were still people out there that acquire them? Or are there other uses for older TiVo's? Should I just pitch them and call it a day?
