Setup help: moca, roamio basic, tuning adapter cable modem

I've moved and now have a tuning adapter now that I'm on TwC. Previous setup that worked was:

Coax Wall to moca adapter
Coax Moca to splitter
Splitter went to roamio on one side
Splitter went to cable modem on other side
Moca cat-5 to router
TiVo cat-5 to router
TiVo mini in bedroom worked on moca

Where do I put the tuning adapter in this setup? Obviously usb to the roamio
But, do I add another splitter? Like this:
Coax Wall to moca adapter
Coax Moca to splitter
Splitter went to roamio on one side
Splitter went to another splitter with on other side, with the cable modem and tuning adapter setup?
Moca cat-5 to router
TiVo cat-5 to router
TiVo mini in bedroom worked on moca

Or do I just run the cable modem on the coax out from the tuning adapter? Or put the roamio on the out coax from the tuning adapter?
