So "TVo Online" basically does nothing, right?

I can't access my recorded shows on my laptop, can anyone else? I can get a whole bunch of streaming garbage from ABC/Disney and set season passes on it like I could on the website 5 years ago, but it was CLEARLY stated we could watch our recorded programs from a 6 tuner Roamio DVR(s) on our laptops. That's not happening, is it? Please tell me I'm wrong.
