I know this should be a meaningless question, but I wanted to ask it anyway. I currently have a multi-stream CableCARD in my TiVo Premiere. If I get a Roamio and want to put that card into the Roamio, rather than getting a new one from Comcast, am I going still going to have to call Comcast to get it configured? Meaning, does the CableCARD transmit data about my TiVo that might cause Comcast to disable the service without me calling to say I got a new TiVo?
I just would prefer not to have to deal with calling support if I don't have to. Thanks!
