Where did my recording go?

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or expected behavior I don't understand.

Tuesday night the first hour of America's Got Talent had recorded when we lost power (thank you TS Bill). When power was back I searched for upcoming episodes, set the TiVo to re-record the episode, and went to bed. I left the partial recording figuring we would watch it in the meantime. Wednesday night I discovered that AGT was gone; I don't see it in My Shows or the deleted folder.

Chopped and The Daily Show also partially recorded, I set up future recordings, and then I deleted both from My Shows (they didn't have much recorded to bother watching). They both are showing up in the deleted folder.

I'm confused. Where did AGT go? Shouldn't it be showing up in either My Shows or the deleted folder?
