EAS unwatchable and then takes forever to reset

Ok this only happens on my Roamio so I know its not my CC. It starts then freezes then sometimes starts again then when its over it takes 23-36 seconds to return to the program I was watching. My XL4 and minis all display the message no problem and when over return to the program it was on in about 3-5 secs. Anyone else have this?
